N4 Pharma is a specialist pharmaceutical company developing a novel silica nanoparticle delivery system for vaccines and therapeutics for licensing to pharmaceutical and biotech partners.

The challenge

N4 Pharma started working with TSP to establish its value proposition and messaging and raise awareness of the company and communicate the benefits of its drug delivery system, Nuvec®, to pharma and biotech companies developing mRNA vaccines.

  • All activity focused on profiling N4 Pharma as an expert in this field to build trust in the company and make it stand out from competitors
  • Nuvec® is very unique but it can be complex to explain. It was important for us to effectively communicate its benefits clearly for the audience to fully understand its potential
  • Our activity had to be centred around leading the conversation on improved mRNA drug delivery.

The solution

We conducted a full marketing messaging and strategy workshop to establish and refine the value proposition and key messages to be communicated.

Redesigning the company brand and website to reflect the outcome of this session helped to create a strong story to engage with the target audience. From there, we crafted a programme of PR and lead generation activity to create and develop a simple and compelling story.

The results

    • N4 Pharma’s new website, built and designed by TSP, received 30% of traffic from new visitors after its launch
    • 154 organic whitepaper downloads direct from the website
    • 44 pieces of coverage have been secured so far with a total reach of over 3,896,559
    • 475% increase in LinkedIn followers
    • 67% increase in Twitter followers.
